Excavator operator

Location: Denmark Job Position: Excavator operator

Your Responsibilities

  • Operating an excavator to move, load, and sort scrap metal
  • Sorting different types of iron and metal
  • Loading and moving large quantities of scrap materials
  • Cutting scrap iron as part of the recycling process
  • Assisting with the safe handling of potentially harmful materials
  • Performing general scrap yard and recycling tasks
  • Maintaining a safe and organized working environment

Your Profile

  • Experience operating excavators – required
  • Experience from scrap yards, recycling, construction, or similar industrial environments is an advantage
  • Comfortable handling large and heavy metal materials
  • Practical and able to perform physically demanding work
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excavator operator certificate is not required
