About the Role

Blueprint is seeking an Employee Engagement & Communications Program Manager to support a Commercial Strategy organization. This role will focus on strengthening employee connection, organizational alignment, and workplace culture through thoughtful communications, engagement programs, leadership events, and employee experiences.

You'll partner closely with senior leadership, HR, and communications stakeholders, including the Office of the CVP, to develop and execute initiatives that keep employees informed, connected, and engaged. This position combines creative communications with hands-on program and event management, requiring someone who can independently manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality experiences across a distributed organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs, organizational communications, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Create executive communications, leadership messaging, all-hands presentations, organizational announcements, and other internal content.
  • Plan and coordinate all-hands meetings, leadership forums, team events, recognition programs, and community-building activities.
  • Manage event logistics, including vendors, production schedules, timelines, accessibility requirements, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HR, and communications teams to align messaging and engagement initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain internal communication resources, SharePoint sites, and supporting documentation to ensure information is accessible, accurate, and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars, communication plans, project timelines, and engagement program milestones.
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage program budgets, expenditures, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Establish and document business processes, communication workflows, and program management practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and maintain clear communication across business units and project stakeholders.
  • Use available tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve content development, event planning, feedback analysis, and employee experiences.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, program management, business management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing employee engagement programs, organizational initiatives, events, or employee experiences.
  • Experience developing executive communications, organizational messaging, all-hands materials, and multi-channel internal content.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, including project plans, milestones, budgets, vendors, logistics, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear, engaging content for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
  • Ability to analyze employee feedback, engagement metrics, and business trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver projects within established timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a large, complex technology organization.
  • Experience supporting an Office of the CVP or partnering directly with senior executives.
  • Background in organizational change management, employee culture programs, or employee listening initiatives.
  • Experience managing SharePoint communication resources and internal content platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application to communications, program management, and employee engagement.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
