O Analista Fiscal é responsável por apoiar as atividades fiscais e tributárias da empresa, garantindo a correta apuração e pagamento dos tributos, bem como o cumprimento das obrigações acessórias. Este profissional realiza lançamentos fiscais, prepara relatórios, e assegura a conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Lançamentos Fiscais:

1. Realizar lançamentos de notas fiscais de entrada e saída no sistema.

2. Conferir e validar os documentos fiscais recebidos, garantindo que estejam em conformidade com a legislação.

Apuração de Tributos:

1. Auxiliar na apuração de impostos diretos e indiretos (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, entre outros).

Obrigações Acessórias:

1. Preparar e enviar das obrigações acessórias, como SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DCTF, DIRF, e outras.

2. Garantir que todas as obrigações acessórias sejam entregues corretamente e dentro dos prazos legais.

Conciliação Fiscal:

1. Realizar conciliações fiscais, garantindo a correta contabilização dos tributos apurados e pagos.

2. Identificar e corrigir possíveis inconsistências ou divergências nas contas fiscais.

Suporte à Auditoria:

1. Fornecer suporte nas auditorias internas e externas, preparando documentos e relatórios solicitados.

2. Auxiliar na implementação de recomendações de auditoria para melhorar os controles internos fiscais.

Atualização e Pesquisa:

1. Manter-se atualizado sobre as mudanças na legislação fiscal e tributária.

2. Realizar pesquisas sobre normas fiscais e tributárias para assegurar a conformidade da empresa.

Organização de Documentos:

1. Organizar e arquivar documentos fiscais e contábeis de maneira adequada e acessível.

2. Garantir a integridade e a segurança dos documentos fiscais arquivados.

Conciliação Fiscal:

1. Realizar conciliações fiscais, garantindo a correta contabilização dos tributos apurados e pagos.
