Dans le cadre de sa transformation digitale, notre client renforce sa Direction des Systèmes d’Information et recrute un(e) Responsable de Domaine SI Supply Chain, Ventes & Architecture ERP.

Mission

Vous orchestrez la transformation digitale internationale du Groupe en pilotant les projets SI Supply Chain et Ventes, en garantissant l'architecture globale ERP et en conduisant la transition vers le Cloud d'Infor M3.

Responsabilités

• Cadrer et piloter le déploiement des projets IT et Métiers liés aux Ventes, à l'Administration des Ventes et à la Supply Chain internationale, tout en garantissant l'intégrité du Core Model.

• Orchestrer l'implémentation de l'ERP Infor M3 dans les filiales de distribution et de manufacturing à l'échelle mondiale, en lien étroit avec l'intégrateur, les BPO (Business Process Owners) et les utilisateurs locaux.

• Garantir l'évolution technique et l'architecture SI, superviser le MCO avec le partenaire et piloter la trajectoire de transition de l'ERP vers le Cloud sur les deux prochaines années.

• Superviser la gouvernance des évolutions applicatives en animant les comités d'arbitrage Core vs Local avec les BPO, en chiffrant les charges et en planifiant les mises en production.

• Piloter la TMA avec le partenaire, structurer la gestion des incidents critiques et coordonner la résolution des dysfonctionnements complexes avec les filiales.

Des déplacements internationaux fréquents sont à prévoir dans le cadre de ces fonctions.

Votre profil

  • Formation Bac+5en informatique ou gestion des SI.
  • Vous justifiez impérativement d’une expérience de 10 ans (minimum) en environnement SI international avec une pratique avérée du management et du pilotage de grands projets.
  • Expertise reconnue dans la gestion de projets ERP internationaux (idéalement Infor M3) appliquée aux domaines de la Supply Chain et des Ventes.
  • Maîtrise de l'architecture des SI, la cartographie des flux et des interfaces et une forte sensibilité aux enjeux d'infrastructure (hébergement, Cloud).
  • Anglais courant impératif pour échanger au quotidien avec les filiales et nos partenaires internationaux.

Votre aisance avec les outils d'Intelligence Artificielle et votre curiosité naturelle constitueront de vrais atouts pour optimiser nos processus et le support.

Vous faites preuve d'un leadership d'influence, d'une excellente posture de Business Partner et de pédagogie pour accompagner le changement dans un environnement multiculturel et exigeant.
