Oggi accogliamo i nostri ospiti in 13 hotel e resort, a 4 e a 5 stelle, in moderni centri congressi e nella prestigiosa Ethra Thalasso SPA. Gli hotel sono in Sardegna, Puglia, Sicilia, Calabria e Abruzzo, affacciati su spiagge meravigliose, e in Piemonte, nel comprensorio sciistico della Vialattea. Offriamo circa 4.200 camere e nei periodi di piena attività contiamo su circa 2.500 dipendenti. Vogliamo offrire ai nostri ospiti momenti che ricorderanno per sempre. OVERVIEW DELLA POSIZIONE Per far fronte allo sviluppo e alle nuove esigenze ricerchiamo Economo/Purchasing Manager (m/f/d) disponibili ad unirsi a noi per la stagione estiva 2027 con spirito di squadra, passione, entusiasmo per offrire un servizio di alta qualità, con attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento alla soddisfazione degli ospiti. SEDE DI LAVORO La posizione è aperta per le nostre strutture Mare, 4 e 5 stelle, in Sardegna, Calabria, Puglia, Sicilia, Abruzzo. AREA DI RESPONSABILITA’ Gestire gli approvvigionamenti, la conservazione dei beni e il coordinamento per la distribuzione delle derrate alimentari e dei beni di consumo ai reparti Determinare il fabbisogno, controllando le giacenze di magazzino Mantenere i contatti con i fornitori, provvedere agli acquisti e redigere gli ordini Registrare le fatture e aggiornare il gestionale, inserendo le bolle e i DDT relativi alle merci ricevute Verificare la merce al momento della ricezione Garantire lo stoccaggio delle merci in quantità idonea alla copertura dei consumi e verificare regolarmente gli inventari Garantire l’ordine, la pulizia e l’igiene dei magazzini e delle celle Elaborare statistiche e monitorare i consumi dei vari reparti Collaborare con lo chef per il monitoraggio e l’analisi della media pasto Attenersi scrupolosamente alle norme in tema di sicurezza e igiene (HACCP) Garantire gli standard aziendali CONOSCENZE SPECIFICHE E FORMAZIONE Esperienza pregressa (in hotel, villaggi e resort) Ottima preparazione merceologica con particolare riferimento alle derrate alimentari Ottime doti negoziali, organizzative e analitiche Conoscenza dei reparti alberghieri e degli standard qualitativi dei servizi Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del software gestione economato Conoscenza di Sap preferenziale e Pacchetto Office Buone doti relazionali, flessibilità e forte motivazione Conoscenza norme HACCP e sicurezza Disponibilità al trasferimento per la stagione estiva La conoscenza della lingua inglese o altra lingua oltre l’italiano costituisce titolo preferenziale Fascia retributiva in linea con i principi di trasparenza retributiva della Direttiva UE 2023/970: CCNL Turismo Federalberghi; Livello: 1°; RAL € 29.185,94- € 32.305,42. Il posizionamento retributivo nella fascia dipenderà da valutazione oggettiva delle competenze, esperienze pregresse e qualifiche professionali emerse nel processo di selezione.
