We're looking for a Remote Client Support Specialist to help ensure our clients feel supported, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. This role focuses on clear communication, thoughtful follow-through, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing

Respond to client questions through email, phone, and messaging platforms

Assist with scheduling, coordination, and service-related requests

Share accurate, easy-to-understand information based on client needs

Maintain clear and organized client records

Follow up to ensure tasks are completed and clients feel supported

Use internal tools and systems to manage daily responsibilities
