Description du poste ##

Notre mandant nous a confié la recherche d'un Régleur-Prototypiste. Votre mission est de collaborer étroitement avec les équipes projets à la mise en œuvre de techniques d'usinage innovantes et de les fiabiliser.

Participation aux projets d-innovation des techniques d-usinage Réaliser la mise en train des essais sur les machines d-usinage dédiées (fraiseuse, décolleteuse, LASER, -). Documenter, distribuer et archiver les résultats des essais. Communiquer les résultats au chef de projet, à l-équipe projet et au pôle. Analyser les résultats avec les experts et les interpréter pour en tirer les informations utiles et des solutions aux problèmes posés. Proposer des améliorations et participer activement à l-identification de nouveaux procédés d-usinage. Supporter les Maisons dans l-intégration et l-optimisation des procédés d-usinage.

Gestion de la plateforme d-usinage R&I Assurer la maintenance premier niveau et s-assurer du bon fonctionnement, garantir la disponibilité des machines et équipements et des installations de la plateforme. Maintenir les stocks outils et matières. Rendre compte au responsable des dysfonctionnements / non-conformités et mener des actions d-amélioration continue. Apporter un soutien à la formation de nouveaux collaborateurs à l-utilisation des équipements et machines. Veiller activement à l-organisation et au rangement de la plateforme. Respecter les règles de son activité et de l-entreprise en termes de sécurité, sûreté et respect de l-environnement.

Veille technologique Être force de proposition, de créativité et d-inventivité sur les opportunités de moyen de fabrication, de concepts ou technologies innovantes et inventives soutenant la stratégie R&I.

Exigences ##

Vous êtes au bénéfice d-un CFC de Polymécanicien.ne ou titre jugé équivalent. Vous disposez de quelques années d-expérience professionnelle en tant que régleur Vous êtes particulièrement intéressé par le prototypage et la découverte de nouveaux moyens de fabrication. Vous avez des connaissances dans la programmation machines CNC - FAO. Vous êtes autonome pour effectuer les mises en train, les réglages de tours et fraiseuses CNC. Connaissance de moyens de contrôle.
