  • Estruturar e profissionalizar o departamento financeiro, proporcionando maior controle, previsibilidade e segurança na gestão financeira da empresa.
  • O profissional será responsável pela administração financeira da empresa, garantindo organização dos processos, controle de caixa, faturamento, cobrança, contratos recorrentes e suporte às decisões da Diretoria.
  • Contas a pagar

  • Conciliação bancária
  • Controle diário do fluxo de caixa
  • Emissão de notas fiscais
  • Emissão de boletos
  • Conferência de recebimentos
  • Controle da inadimplência
  • Cobrança ativa de clientes

  • Interface com a contabilidade
  • Fechamento financeiro mensal
  • Apoio na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais.

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia na função e nas atividades descritas
  • Vivência com o sistema SOC (faturamento)
  • Experiência com sistemas financeiros/ERP (como Conta Azul) ou rápida capacidade de aprendizado do sistema
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Conhecimento em informática, especialmente Pacote Office
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho 100% presencial
