Bairro: Vila São Paul

Responsabilidades

  • Atendimento telefônico/whatsapp e recebimento de pedidos de gás e água.
  • Atendimento presencial aos clientes no balcão da loja.
  • Registro e lançamento de pedidos no sistema informatizado da empresa.
  • Comando e direcionamento dos pedidos aos entregadores, acompanhando a logística das entregas.
  • Controle e conferência de estoque de produtos.
  • Abertura, movimentação e fechamento de caixa.
  • Recebimento de pagamentos e conferência dos valores.
  • Organização dos pedidos e documentos da rotina da loja.
  • Apoio às atividades administrativas e operacionais da empresa.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática.
  • Facilidade para lidar com atendimento ao público.
  • Capacidade de liderança e coordenação de equipe.
  • Boa comunicação e postura para orientar e direcionar os entregadores.
  • Facilidade para lidar com pessoas, resolver situações do dia a dia e contornar conflitos.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Proatividade, iniciativa e senso de responsabilidade.
  • Capacidade de tomar decisões rápidas diante de imprevistos operacionais.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas informatizados e lançamentos de dados.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento com horários e rotinas.
  • Não exige formação específica
