BM VAGAS em parceria com empresa consolidada no seu segmento seleciona Recepcionista de Atendimento e Serviços – Setor Automotivo | Ipiranga – BH para Ipiranga, Belo Horizonte - MG.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar atendimento presencial e telefônico a clientes e fornecedores, garantindo uma experiência cordial e eficiente
  • Recepcionar, realizar a triagem e direcionar visitantes aos responsáveis
  • Realizar agendamentos de serviços e orçamentos para a oficina
  • Controlar o recebimento e envio de correspondências e malotes
  • Executar rotinas administrativas e comerciais, incluindo organização de documentos, atualização de planilhas e cadastro de clientes
  • Manter a recepção e a sala de espera organizadas, garantindo um ambiente adequado para clientes e visitantes.
  • Horário: Segunda a sexta, das 08h às 17:00 sábado, das 08:00 às 12:00
  • (Disponibilidade de horário: É necessário ter flexibilidade para estender a jornada em alguns dias da semana, conforme a demanda da empresa, especialmente quando houver clientes em atendimento próximo ao horário de fechamento)

Requisitos

  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao público ou recepção
  • Boa comunicação verbal,
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel
  • Diferenciais*
  • Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas e comerciais
  • Familiaridade com organização de documentos, planilhas e cadastro de clientes.
