Responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospecção ativa e estratégica de clientes industriais, identificando oportunidades relacionadas a manutenção preventiva e corretiva, contratos recorrentes de manutenção (OPEX), upgrades tecnológicos de acionamentos industriais e serviços técnicos de laboratório e campo.
  • Atuar de forma consultiva junto aos clientes, realizando diagnósticos de riscos operacionais, necessidades de confiabilidade e oportunidades de melhoria na base instalada.
  • Ser o principal elo entre clientes e equipes técnicas internas, alinhando demandas, soluções técnicas e expectativas comerciais.
  • Elaborar, apresentar e acompanhar propostas técnico-comerciais, garantindo aderência técnica, viabilidade operacional e estratégia comercial.
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais consultivas, sustentando o valor técnico das soluções e evitando negociações exclusivamente por preço.
  • Desenvolver novos negócios na carteira ativa de clientes, ampliando escopo de serviços, faturamento e recorrência contratual.
  • Atuar no pós-venda e gestão do relacionamento, buscando renovação de contratos, satisfação dos clientes e geração contínua de oportunidades.
  • Manter o CRM atualizado com informações de negociações, propostas, visitas, contatos e evolução do funil comercial.

Requisitos

  • Formação técnica em Eletrônica, Eletrotécnica, Automação Industrial ou áreas correlatas, ou graduação em Engenharia Elétrica / Automação com atuação voltada à área comercial.
  • Experiência em vendas técnicas B2B no segmento industrial.
  • Conhecimento em acionamentos industriais, incluindo inversores de frequência, soft starters e conversores CA/CC.
  • Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Produção ou Administração
  • Resiliência na condução de ciclos de vendas longos e complexos
  • Capacidade de escuta ativa para diagnóstico preciso de dores do cliente
  • Comunicação técnica clara com engenheiros e gestores industriais
  • Organização rigorosa na gestão da rota de visitas e propostas
