Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar as rotinas básicas de faturamento;Auxiliar na emissão e conferência de notas fiscais e documentos de cobrança;Realizar lançamentos e atualização de informações em sistemas e planilhas;Apoiar o controle e a organização de documentos relacionados ao faturamento;Acompanhar informações e pendências necessárias para o processo de cobrança e faturamento;Apoiar a conferência de dados cadastrais e financeiros;Dar suporte às demais atividades administrativas da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio completo;Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;Conhecimento ou experiência com rotinas administrativas;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação;Desejável: Ensino Superior cursando;Experiência ou conhecimento em faturamento, emissão de notas fiscais ou rotinas financeiras será considerado um diferencial.
