Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a expansão do programa de captação de anúncios de máquinas do Pesados Online;Desenvolver ações e campanhas para atrair novos anunciantes, parceiros e proprietários de equipamentos;Apoiar o relacionamento com clientes, RCs e parceiros, prestando suporte e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre o programa;Criar iniciativas de engajamento e incentivo à participação da força de vendas na captação de anúncios;Identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos, sistemas e ferramentas comerciais;Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a implementação de automações e soluções com inteligência artificial;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, participação dos vendedores e resultados das ações de captação;Contribuir com ideias, projetos e estratégias para aumentar o volume de máquinas anunciadas e a eficiência do programa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstamos buscando por pessoas que:Estejam cursando Ensino Superior (Graduação ou Tecnólogo), com formação prevista para a partir de 12/2027;Tenham muita atenção aos detalhes;Saibam priorizar demandas concorrentes;Sejam ótimas em resolver problemas com soluções criativas, e consigam reportar e documentar demandas e resultados;Se sintam desafiadas em um ambiente que muda constantemente;Tenham habilidade de influenciar e focar em resultados em um ambiente dinâmico;Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Bolsa AuxílioAnywhere OfficeGratificação por entrega de projeto e/ou atingimento das metas (Semestral)Horário FlexívelAssistência médica (Sulamérica) Assistência Odontológico (Sulamérica)
