¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN? 🕵🏻

Coordinar la actividad operativa de una de nuestras plataformas logísticas, supervisando al operador logístico (3PL) y asegurando que los flujos de recepción, almacenamiento y expedición se desarrollen de forma eficiente, garantizando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, la optimización de costes y la mejora continua de la operación.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:

  • Coordinar la operativa diaria de la plataforma logística, garantizando la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio.
  • Supervisar la actividad del operador logístico (3PL), asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLAs y promoviendo la mejora continua de la operación.
  • Gestionar los flujos logísticos, los niveles de stock y los principales indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs).
  • Analizar incidencias, definir planes de acción y colaborar en la optimización de procesos y costes.
  • Controlar la cuenta de explotación (P&L) de la plataforma asignada garantizando el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con los equipos de Transporte, Compras, Almacenes y Supply Chain para garantizar un servicio excelente a nuestros clientes.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Formación universitaria en Logística, Ingeniería, Supply Chain o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia de al menos 3 años en operaciones logísticas o gestión de plataformas logísticas.
  • Experiencia supervisando operadores logísticos (3PL) y gestionando operaciones de almacén.
  • Conocimiento de KPIs logísticos, mejora continua y optimización de procesos.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión logística (WMS, TMS o ERP) y nivel avanzado de Excel.
  • Valorable nivel alto de inglés.
