En OBRAMAT buscamos Directores/as de Almacén (Perfil Directivo) para liderar nuestros centros en pleno plan de expansión nacional. Málaga, Madrid, San Sebastián y Asturias son algunos destinos interesantes, pero no los únicos!

¿Cuál será tu Misión?

Como Director/a de Almacén, asumirás la máxima responsabilidad sobre la cuenta de resultados (P&L), la eficiencia operativa y el desarrollo del talento del Almacén asignado. Tu foco estará en tres pilares:

  • Excelencia Operacional y Rentabilidad: Implementar iniciativas estratégicas que optimicen la cadena de suministro local, mejoren los márgenes y garanticen la eficiencia de los procesos en un entorno de gran volumen de stock.
  • Liderazgo de Grandes Equipos: Dirigir, motivar y desarrollar una estructura de más de 100 profesionales, fomentando una cultura de alto rendimiento, seguridad y orientación al cliente.
  • Visión Comercial y de Negocio: Fijar el rumbo del negocio alineado con el mercado local, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y garantizando un asesoramiento profesional técnico que marque la diferencia.

Perfil Buscado

Buscamos un perfil directivo con alta capacidad de liderazgo y resiliencia, que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Formación: Titulación Universitaria Superior (muy valorable Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura, ADE o similar).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 8–10 años en posiciones de Gerencia, Dirección de Operaciones o Dirección de Unidad de Negocio, preferiblemente en el sector retail, gran distribución o sectores industriales/logísticos de gran envergadura.
  • Gestión de Equipos: Experiencia contrastada liderando y desarrollando estructuras organizativas de más de 100 personas.
  • Competencias: Alta capacidad de toma de decisiones, mentalidad estratégica, visión analítica de KPI's y cuenta de resultados, y enfoque en la mejora continua.
