¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN? 🕵🏻

En dependencia del Manager de Mercado de la sección, serás responsable de la construcción y evolución de la Gama de Productos, del desarrollo comercial, del soporte a los Equipos de Almacén y de la rentabilidad de sus Familias, trabajando en equipo con la Dirección de Compras, Marketing y Vendedores Expertos.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:

🔧 Tus funciones serán :

Entorno y Estrategia

  • Evaluar proveedores, competencia, clientes y canales de distribución para identificar oportunidades y riesgos.
  • Monitorizar su evolución y estrategias para ajustar las propias decisiones.
  • Establecer objetivos y planes para la sección y sus familias de producto.
  • Analizar indicadores de desempeño y de cada categoría para optimizar estrategias.
  • Diseñar campañas y políticas comerciales alineadas con la estrategia global.

Gestión y Optimización de la Gama

  • Seleccionar productos con criterios de relevancia, eficacia y modernización.
  • Asegurar que la gama de productos responde a los objetivos y necesidades de los clientes.
  • Ajustar la oferta localmente, reduciendo costes y mejorando la accesibilidad.
  • Garantizar un abastecimiento eficiente mediante planificación y negociación logística.
  • Monitorear la situación de la gama en los almacenes y proponer ajustes para maximizar su rendimiento.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años realizando las funciones en empresas del sector, distribuidores especializados o fabricantes.
  • Formación académica: Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica Industrial y Automática, Materiales o Industrial o similares.
  • Experiencia en negociación con proveedores y creación de gamas.
  • Conocimientos imprescindibles: Dominio de las gamas de productos a nivel nacional: Cableado, Cuadros eléctricos, Protección eléctrica, Mecanismos, Aislamiento y similares.
  • Nivel de Inglés: fluido (Mínimo B2)
