Telémaco es nuestro Programa de Desarrollo para jóvenes con potencial como tú, que a lo largo de una ruta de dos años evolucionarán hasta la misión de Jefe/a de Sector.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL?

-Jóvenes con Titulación Universitaria, Grado Superior y/o Formación Profesional finalizada.

-Movilidad geográfica nacional permanente.

-Motivación por entornos dinámicos, muchísimas ganas de aprender y gusto por el trabajo en equipo.

-Carnet de conducir.

¿CUÁLES SON LAS ETAPAS DEL VIAJE?

-Etapa 0 - Introducción a OBRAMAT

Tras tu incorporación, los primeros meses estarás conociendo la misión de Vendedor/a a la vez que te familiarizas con nuestro modelo de negocio, valores y cultura.

-Etapa 1 - Formación

Superado el Assessment y tras una Semana de Bienvenida donde podrás conocer a personas clave y distintas áreas de OBRAMAT te incorporarías en uno de nuestros Almacenes referentes formándote durante 2 meses en la misión del Responsable Comercial.

-Etapa 2 - Responsable Comercial

Es momento de vivir la misión del Responsable Comercial, desempeñando sus funciones y apoyando en una sección durante 12 meses.

-Etapa 3 - Jefe/a de Sector

El viaje continúa, ha llegado el momento de acercarte a la misión para la que te has estado formando este tiempo, la de Jefe/a de Sector. Durante 6 meses la conocerás de primera mano junto al Equipo del Almacén y el estrecho acompañamiento de tu Mentor.

-Etapa 4 - Apertura de Almacén

La apertura de un nuevo Almacén es un momento ilusionante para todo OBRAMAT.

-Etapa 5 - Fin del viaje

Tu viaje en Telémaco ha llegado a su final, convirtiéndote en Jefe/a de Sector en uno de nuestros nuevos Almacenes.
