Es nuestra apuesta por el talento con alto potencial. Un viaje de 2 años diseñado para acompañarte y acelerar tu desarrollo profesional hasta ocupar una posición de Manager dentro de la compañía.

🗺️ Las etapas de tu viaje:

🏁 Etapa 1 | Introducción a OBRAMAT: Incorpórate como Responsable Comercial viviendo la misión de Vendedor/a. Domina el producto, la venta y la orientación al cliente.

📈 Etapa 2 | Responsable Comercial: Asume autonomía total. Garantiza la satisfacción del cliente, impulsa las ventas y acompaña operativamente a tu equipo.

🎯 Etapa 3 | Jefe/a de Sector: Avanza hacia una visión estratégica. Gestiona la cuenta de resultados, la eficacia operativa y la animación comercial de tu sector.

🚀 Etapa 4 | Apertura de Almacén: Vive la experiencia única e ilusionante de apoyar temporalmente en el lanzamiento de un nuevo Almacén.

🏆 Etapa 5 | Fin del viaje: Consolídate oficialmente como Jefe/a de Sector en uno de nuestros Almacenes.

🎓 Titulación universitaria compatible con el negocio.

🤝 Al menos 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente.

🛒 Actitud positiva hacia el entorno retail.

🚘 Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para movilidad nacional.

🧠 Ganas de aprender y desarrollarse operativamente dentro de la organización.
