Tu papel será acompañar a nuestros equipos para que la prevención forme parte de cada decisión, cada proceso y cada forma de trabajar. Estarás cerca de la operación, generando confianza, impulsando buenas prácticas y ayudando a construir entornos de trabajo cada vez más seguros para todos.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:

  • Conectar con la realidad de nuestros almacenes: Recorrerás los diferentes centros de tu zona, observando, escuchando y entendiendo las necesidades de los equipos para ayudarles a transformar los retos de seguridad en oportunidades de mejora.
  • Influir desde la cercanía: Acompañarás a responsables y colaboradores en la implantación de las políticas y procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud, convirtiéndote en un referente que aporta criterio, apoyo y soluciones prácticas.
  • Activar la mejora continua: Identificarás riesgos, analizarás incidencias y harás seguimiento de las acciones preventivas para que cada aprendizaje se traduzca en un entorno de trabajo más seguro.
  • Cuidar de las personas: Velarás por que nuestros estándares de seguridad, formación, coordinación de actividades empresariales y vigilancia de la salud se integren de forma natural en el día a día de los almacenes.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales con las tres especialidades.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en funciones de PRL dentro de entornos operativos (retail, logística, construcción, industria, mantenimiento o similares).
  • Carné de conducir.
  • Residencia en Galicia.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos semanales a la zona noroeste de España.
