¿CUÁL SERÁ TU MISIÓN? 🕵🏻

Liderar el control de gestión y la mejora del rendimiento en dos o tres centros de distribución de OBRAMAT de la zona Sur de Madrid, apoyando a los equipos de terreno en la toma de decisiones y asegurando la excelencia operacional y económica.

Serás un actor clave para impulsar resultados, conectando el análisis de datos con la realidad del negocio y garantizando el equilibrio entre rentabilidad, eficiencia operacional y experiencia cliente.

¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:

  • Control operacional: Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos internos, detectar riesgos y desviaciones y proponer soluciones en los centros de tu zona.
  • Gestión de stock y operaciones: Asegurar la fiabilidad del inventario, reducir pérdidas de mercancía (demarca) y mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos.
  • Seguimiento económico y KPIs: Analizar ventas, margen, gastos, stock y productividad, identificando desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Planes de acción y mejora continua: Transformar el análisis en planes de acción concretos, realizar su seguimiento e impulsar mejoras en los resultados de los centros de distribución
  • Desarrollo comercial: Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurar la correcta aplicación de precios y políticas comerciales.

¿CUÁL ES NUESTRO PERFIL IDEAL? 🤩

  • Experiencia: 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Control de Gestión, Análisis de Negocio u Operaciones, siendo especialmente valorable experiencia en Retail, Gran Distribución, Logística o Construcción.
  • Formación: Grado universitario en ADE, Económicas, Ingeniería o similares. Valorable Máster en Finanzas o Control de Gestión.
  • Orientación al negocio: Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con capacidad para transformar datos y KPIs en planes de acción concretos.
  • Movilidad: Imprescindible disponibilidad para desplazarse entre los centros de la zona Sur de Madrid.
  • Herramientas e idiomas: Conocimientos de Excel y SAP y valorable Inglés B2.
