Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es mal technisch knifflig wird? Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden, koordinierst Serviceeinsätze strukturiert und hast Freude daran, Abläufe effizienter zu gestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die technische Störungen souverän aufnimmt, Serviceprozesse zuverlässig begleitet und mit Organisationstalent, Teamgeist und einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch dazu beiträgt, unsere Kunden jeden Tag bestmöglich zu betreuen.

  • Kommunikation und Koordination: Externe Abstimmung mit Kunden und Servicepartnern (per Telefon und E-Mail). Interne Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Leitung und Servicetechnikern.
  • Technische Störungsbearbeitung: Annahme und Qualifizierung technischer Störungen. Bestellen der benötigten Ersatzteile, im Bedarfsfall Kontaktaufnahme mit den Herstellern. Behebung technischer Probleme, z. B. über Remote-Software.
  • Einsatzplanung: Planung der Einsätze unsere Techniker, sodass unsere Projekte möglichst effizient abgewickelt werden.
  • Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung: Archivierung von Servicedokumenten inkl. Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität. Erstellen von Kostenvoranschlägen für unsere Kunden.
  • Datenanalyse und Berichtswesen: Erstellung von Auswertungen zu technischen Einsätzen. Erstellung von kaufmännischen Reports zur Servicesteuerung. Analyse von technischen Fragestellungen.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise in einem relevanten technischen Bereich.
  • Offenheit für Neues: Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, mit.
  • Kommunikation: Du hast ein freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden, auch wenn die Situation mal knifflig wird.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Du hast eine hohe PC-Affinität und einen routinierten Umgang mit gängigen Tools.
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung aus einem ähnlichen Bereich mit.
  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick, arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst gut mit Menschen auf allen Ebenen kommunizieren.
