The posting

  • Salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring en in lijn met Hibin cao.
  • Auto van de zaak (elektrisch), plus een telefoon en laptop van BMN.
  • 37 vrije dagen: 25 vakantiedagen en 12 atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband. De atv-dagen kun je inzetten voor extra tijd of (deels) laten uitbetalen.
  • 8% vakantiegeld, naar keuze jaarlijks of maandelijks uit te laten keren.

Je bent een ervaren commercieel leider die mensen weet te verbinden en tegelijkertijd scherp stuurt op kansen en resultaten. Je krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen van een team en weet medewerkers ruimte te geven, uit te dagen en gericht te coachen.

Je begrijpt hoe commerciële kansen binnen de bouw- en renovatiemarkt ontstaan en weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan één klant, vestiging of regio en weet je samenwerking binnen een landelijke organisatie te stimuleren.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Heb je ruime commerciële ervaring binnen de bouw, bouwmaterialen, renovatie, vastgoedonderhoud of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Heb je ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van commerciële professionals.
  • Heb je aantoonbare ervaring met het ontwikkelen en realiseren van commerciële plannen en doelstellingen.
  • Heb je kennis van de renovatie- en onderhoudsmarkt en bij voorkeur van bouwmaterialen en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Ben je in staat marktontwikkelingen en klantbehoeften te vertalen naar concrete commerciële kansen.
  • Weet je verschillende disciplines, vestigingen en externe partijen met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Stuur je op resultaten en maak je daarbij gebruik van commerciële KPI’s en managementinformatie.
  • Beschik je over overtuigingskracht en ben je een stevige gesprekspartner voor klanten, marktpartijen, management en directie.
  • Toon je eigenaarschap, durf je beslissingen te nemen en weet je commerciële verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren.
