Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring binnen digital marketing en hebt meerdere onderdelen van het vak gezien. Je bent hands-on, commercieel en nieuwsgierig. Je voert niet alleen uit, maar vraagt jezelf ook af waarom we iets doen en wat er daarna beter kan.

Je vindt het leuk om zelf aan de knoppen te zitten: van een landingspagina maken of verbeteren en een campagne optimaliseren tot data analyseren en een nieuwe tool testen.

Die nieuwsgierigheid zoeken we nadrukkelijk ook op het gebied van AI. Het liefst heb je AI al toegepast in je huidige werk. Ben je er buiten je werk serieus mee bezig, dan is dat ook interessant. Belangrijk is dat je ermee hebt geëxperimenteerd en inhoudelijk kunt vertellen wat je hebt geprobeerd en waar jij kansen ziet.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
  • Heb je ervaring met meerdere onderdelen van digital marketing.
  • Begrijp je digitale funnels en customer journeys.
  • Kun je data vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Neem je eigenaarschap en kom je zelf met ideeën.
  • Kun je goed samenwerken en collega’s meenemen in nieuwe ontwikkelingen.

Ervaring met GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, CMS-systemen, e-commerce, marketing automation of no-code-tooling is een pré.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je werkt met 10 tot 12 collega’s vanuit marketing, e-commerce, data en andere digitale specialismen. Er staat al een goede basis, maar er liggen nog volop kansen om digital marketing verder te professionaliseren.

Je standplaats is Nieuwegein. Voor deze rol is drie dagen per week op kantoor het uitgangspunt, waarbij maandag, dinsdag en donderdag de belangrijkste kantoordagen zijn. In je eerste periode verwachten we dat je vaker aanwezig bent, zodat je BMN en je collega’s snel leert kennen en andersom.
