The posting

Je ontwikkelt en verbetert digitale oplossingen voor BMN, van websites en applicaties tot koppelingen met andere bedrijfssystemen.

Je werkt binnen het Digital Development Team samen met front-end developers, back-end developers, andere full-stack developers, AI-engineers, Product Owners en andere digitale specialisten.

Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden:

  • ontwikkelen en onderhouden van frontend- en backendfunctionaliteiten;
  • bouwen en verbeteren van API’s en koppelingen met andere bedrijfssystemen;
  • vertalen van gebruikerswensen en businessvragen naar werkende technische oplossingen;
  • meedenken over architectuur, beveiliging, performance en onderhoudbaarheid;
  • testen, reviewen en continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze code;
  • actief deelnemen aan sprints en technische keuzes binnen het team;
  • samenwerken met interne klanten en andere teams binnen BMN;
  • kennis delen met collega-developers en bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van het developmentteam.

Afhankelijk van je profiel ligt het zwaartepunt meer op e-commerce en frontend of juist breder op full-stack development.

Agentic coding

Binnen het team werken we al actief met agentic coding en AI-ondersteunde developmenttools.

Je hoeft hier niet per se al jaren ervaring mee te hebben, maar we verwachten wel dat je hier nieuwsgierig naar bent en ermee wilt werken. Je vindt het interessant om te onderzoeken hoe AI en nieuwe developmenttools het ontwikkelproces slimmer, sneller en kwalitatief beter kunnen maken.

Ervaring met agentic coding is uiteraard een sterke pré.

  • Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring als developer.
  • Ervaring met werken binnen developmentteams en grotere projecten.
  • Goede kennis van moderne frontendtechnologieën.
  • Voor het e-commerceprofiel: ervaring met React, Vue of vergelijkbare frameworks.
  • Voor het bredere full-stackprofiel: goede kennis van TypeScript en PHP.
  • Ervaring met API’s, databases en systeemintegraties.
  • Ervaring met versiebeheer, testen en code reviews.
  • Affiniteit met of ervaring in agentic coding en AI-ondersteund ontwikkelen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
  • Je kunt technische keuzes duidelijk uitleggen aan collega’s met verschillende achtergronden.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
