  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €4.500 en €5.000, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring, op basis van 40 uur per week.
  • Een zelfstandige functie met veel vrijheid om je werk en bezoeken te organiseren.
  • Afwisselend werk op vestigingen, waar je direct ziet wat jouw advies oplevert.
  • Ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en deze samen met de organisatie te begeleiden.
  • Een betrokken H&S-team waarmee je regelmatig contact hebt en waarop je kunt terugvallen.
  • De mogelijkheid om administratie en voorbereiding vanuit huis of een vestiging te doen.
  • Een leaseauto die je ook privé kunt rijden.

Je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer en maakt makkelijk contact met verschillende collega’s. Je luistert, vraagt door en durft een duidelijke boodschap te brengen. Ook wanneer een maatregel weerstand oproept, blijf je in gesprek en werk je toe naar concrete afspraken.

Verder breng je mee:

  • Een afgeronde veiligheidskundige opleiding, bij voorkeur MVK. Ook met Integrale Veiligheidskunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding nodigen we je uit om te reageren.
  • Relevante praktijkervaring waarmee je zelfstandig audits kunt uitvoeren en managers kunt adviseren.
  • Het vermogen om veiligheidskennis te vertalen naar oplossingen die aansluiten op het werk op onze vestigingen.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve werkwijze: je plant bezoeken, haalt informatie op en vraagt tijdig om ondersteuning.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak waarmee je afspraken en verbeteracties opvolgt.
  • Bereidheid om veel te reizen en incidenteel je planning aan te passen bij een ernstig incident.
  • Beschikbaarheid voor 40 uur per week.

Ervaring in een vergelijkbare interne veiligheidsfunctie heeft onze voorkeur. Je bent gewend om samen met collega’s verbeteringen door te voeren en betrokken te blijven bij het resultaat. Ervaring met meerdere locaties is mooi meegenomen.
