The posting

· Een invloedrijke positie binnen het Finance MT, dicht op de besluitvorming én de dagelijkse praktijk.

Je bent een ervaren Internal Control- of Risk-professional die gewend is om organisatiebreed te kijken. Je hebt het vak niet alleen vanuit één specialistische scope leren kennen, maar begrijpt hoe processen, risico’s, verantwoordelijkheden en beheersmaatregelen met elkaar samenhangen.

Daarnaast heb je:

· WO werk- en denkniveau.

· Ruime ervaring met Internal Control en/of Risk Management, eventueel aangevuld met Internal Audit of Governance.

· Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van frameworks voor Internal Control en Risk Management.

· Brede kennis van financiële én operationele bedrijfsprocessen.

· Ervaring met het volledige proces: van risico-identificatie en het ontwikkelen van kaders tot het aanjagen en bewaken van implementatie, onafhankelijke toetsing en opvolging.

· Het vermogen om management en directie op tactisch en strategisch niveau te adviseren.

· Een kritische en onafhankelijke houding, gecombineerd met het vermogen om draagvlak te creëren en verandering te realiseren.

· Een zorgvuldige en integere omgang met vertrouwelijke en privacygevoelige informatie.
