Wat ga je doen als Carrosserieverantwoordelijke bij BMW?

  • Vanuit jouw rol als verantwoordelijke leid je het team van de carrosserie doorheen alle processen: schadevaststelling, akkoord herstelling, beheer van originele wisselstukken, administratieve opvolging en verwerking.
  • Als carrosserieverantwoordelijke zorg je voor het opstellen van de bestekken, de facturatie en de opvolging van de administratie. Hiernaast werk je nauw samen met je collega voor de opmaak en afwerking van schadedossiers.
  • Je zorgt samen met de brigadier voor een efficiënte taakverdeling voor een team van 7 medewerkers.
  • Je bent voor onze klanten een aanspreekpunt voor alle carrosserie aspecten. Je ontvangt hen met de glimlach en maakt hen gelukkig met een service op maat.
  • Je rapporteert je aan de Aftersales Manager.

Waarmee kan je ons team versterken?

  • Een gepassioneerde autofanaat voor wie de carrosserietechnieken geen geheimen meer kennen. Je hebt deze kennis samen met jouw voorliefde voor administratie en leidinggeven kunnen ontplooien in een soortgelijke functie. Hiernaast heb je minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Een administratieve topper die nauwkeurig werkt. Geen enkel detail ontsnapt aan jouw kritische blik.
  • Een doorgedreven kennis van Claims 360, kennis Planmanager en Incadea is een pluspunt.
  • Iemand die graag het heft in eigen handen heeft. Je kan zelfstandig werken, bent stressbestendig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Iemand die bij de woorden “ resultaatgericht”, “ ambitieus” en “ gedreven” spontaan aan zichzelf denkt.
