Job Description & Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
  • Proven experience in catering and bulk cooking (more than 2,000 meals).
  • Develop new menu items while refining existing ones.
  • Maintain cooking areas to ensure they are clean, neat, and tidy.
  • Monitor and support other cooking staff in preparing culinary dishes and meals.
  • Adhere to quality standards when preparing recipes and meals.
  • Willing to teach and train other cooking staff.
