bNovate is growing fast across Europe and worldwide. We’re looking for someone to make sure our customers are well looked after, stay with us and grow with us. You’ll be our customers’ trusted contact: orders arrive on time, invoices are right, and service contracts keep running. Because you know your customers well, you’ll spot when they need more, and you’ll make sure they get it.

You’ll work with existing customers and incoming leads, in close partnership with our Sales team. Your time will be spent mostly on customer care, with some on account growth.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Ecublens · 60–100% · Start: ideally January 2027

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Prepare accurate quotes and service contracts together with Sales and Service.

* Process purchase orders and make sure every detail is right, from configuration through pricing to delivery terms.

* Coordinate fulfilment with Supply Chain, and organise shipments and customs for Europe, North America and the Middle East.

* Manage service and repair cases with the Service team, including logistics and invoicing.

* Answer customer questions by phone and email, and be the customer's go\-to contact.

* Manage service contract renewals. You'll reach out early, remind customers of the value they've received, and help them renew without last\-minute stress.

* Spot needs such as a contract upgrade or more consumables. You'll handle these yourself or bring in Sales.

* Coordinate demo instruments for trials, loans and trade fairs, and follow up after a demo.

* Keep the CRM up to date so the whole team shares one view of every customer.

YOUR PROFILE

* Fluent in French and English; German is a strong plus.

* Experience in customer service, customer success, account coordination or sales back\-office, ideally with B2B technical products (instruments, lab, industrial or medtech).

* Comfortable with CRM and ERP systems.

* You enjoy talking to customers, listen carefully and like finding the right solution for them.

* You're comfortable with commercial conversations such as renewals, quotes and pricing

* Organised, rigorous and calm under tight order deadlines.

* Autonomous and a real team player.
