Buscamos um(a) Analista de Contratação de Agregados para atuar na prospecção, negociação e contratação de transportadores agregados, garantindo a disponibilidade de veículos para atender às demandas operacionais. O profissional será responsável por negociar fretes e condições comerciais, desenvolver parcerias, validar documentações e acompanhar os custos e a eficiência das contratações, contribuindo para os resultados da operação.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar, negociar e contratar transportadores agregados para atender às demandas da operação;
  • Negociar valores de frete e condições comerciais, buscando eficiência e competitividade;
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento com transportadores e parceiros;
  • Verificar a documentação dos transportadores e veículos, assegurando a regularidade cadastral;
  • Acompanhar a disponibilidade de veículos para atendimento das demandas operacionais;
  • Monitorar custos, desempenho das contratações e nível de serviço;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e dos requisitos de gerenciamento de riscos;
  • Apoiar a operação na identificação de oportunidades para otimização das contratações.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com contratação de agregados no transporte rodoviário de cargas;
  • Conhecimento do mercado de transportes na Bahia, especialmente Salvador, Simões Filho e região;
  • Experiência com negociação de fretes e condições comerciais;
  • Conhecimento sobre documentação de transportadores, RNTRC e gerenciamento de riscos;
  • Excel intermediário;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas TMS.

Diferenciais:

  • Possuir carteira ativa de transportadores agregados na Bahia;
  • Experiência com operações de distribuição de cargas e transferências;

Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
