• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of engineering allocation methodologies, including methodologies for the Infrastructure platform.

• Execute monthly financial processes, including allocations-related financials, reporting, and analysis.

• Assist in developing and maintaining frameworks that improve consistency, transparency, and control across allocations activities.

• Contribute to executive reporting and senior management materials that provide clear, timely, and value-added financial insights.

• Support reporting enhancements that drive greater transparency, improved decision-making, and more actionable analysis.

• Support training, communication, and stakeholder engagement efforts related to allocations and engineering total cost for applications.

• Help drive simplification and transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

• Assist in the design and enablement of AI-driven solutions for allocations processing, reporting, and workflow optimization.

• Partner with stakeholders to improve data inputs, reporting structures, and processes that support allocation rule oversight and governance.

• Support broader team objectives related to process standardization, capacity creation, and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to audit, regulatory, and governance-related activities as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in finance, financial analysis, or a related function.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial and operational issues.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and levels of seniority.

• Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in innovation, process improvement, and AI-enabled solutions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
