Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Infrastructure Solution Engineer to join our team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Take charge of the design and development of full-stack applications bridging between application development teams and core infrastructre. Applying best practices and staying current with the latest technologies that can be used to propel the solutions forward.
  • Builds automations and uses AI tooling to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across all of engineering to define, design, and implement new capabilities that deliver improved usability, reduce risk profile and deliver on developer productivity goals.
  • As a emerging leader, sit with younger team members to lead, mentor and ensure we are molding future leaders of the organization. Complete code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies to advance BNY's engineering capabilities.
  • Ensure high quality and performant code through comprehensive testing and debugging processes.
  • Elevate technology standards across the stack by guiding best practices, governance, and design reviews, and partner with data engineers, business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to craft elegant, scalable solutions aligned to business outcomes

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science/ engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • 8+ years of experience
