RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Mapear, documentar e analisar processos organizacionais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e otimização.
  • Desenvolver e implementar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, visando aumento de eficiência, redução de custos e mitigação de riscos.
  • Levantar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio, traduzindo necessidades em fluxos de processos e indicadores mensuráveis.
  • Estruturar, acompanhar e analisar KPIs operacionais e estratégicos.
  • Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais utilizando Power BI, garantindo clareza, confiabilidade e usabilidade das informações, mantendo os dashborads da empresa atualizados.
  • Integrar dados provenientes de diferentes sistemas, assegurando qualidade, consistência e governança das informações.
  • Apoiar a tomada de decisão por meio de análises de dados e insights baseados em evidências.
  • Participar de projetos de transformação digital, automação de processos e iniciativas orientadas a dados.
  • Atuar em conjunto com PMO, áreas de TI e áreas de negócio para garantir aderência às melhores práticas e metodologias.
  • Monitorar a performance dos processos implantados e propor ajustes contínuos.

Ciência da Computação, Processamento de Dados, Engenharia de Software e áreas afins
