We are looking for Customer Service Agents for Call Centre Operations to support international customers, manage queries, adhere to KPI's and provide a world-class service.

PACKAGE DETAILS:

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in banking, retail, client liaison, or anything that is client-focused. Tertiary Qualification (in progress, incomplete or completed) Computer Literate (comfortable working on multiple systems), No Criminal record Valid Vaccination Certificate  Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
