The successful candidate will manage the internal sales team, support external sales representatives and ensure that customers receive accurate, efficient and professional service throughout the sales and order fulfilment process.

  • Improve internal processes, reporting systems and productivity.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, warehouse, logistics and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate filing of PODs, invoices and sales documentation for audit purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, company procedures and applicable ISO standards.

  • Flexible and willing to work extended hours when operationally required.

Ideal Candidate

This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys analysing performance, correcting operational gaps, improving processes and developing a disciplined, customer-focused internal sales team.

Candidates with purely consumer call-centre experience and no exposure to B2B sales orders, quotations, margins, stock, back orders or sales targets may not be suitable.

If you have the required internal sales leadership, Syspro, reporting and commercial experience, we invite you to apply.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
