Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
  2. Business Requirements: Gather and document business requirements related to financial processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  3. System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems. Implement and test financial system upgrades and enhancements.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial projections.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about banking regulations and ensure financial processes comply. Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and analysis to non-financial stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Business Analyst in the banking industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, banking operations, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
