  • Assess working capital and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Coordinate rolling forecasts and evaluate the quality and realism of financial assumptions.
  • Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Identify emerging financial risks and business opportunities.
  • Support management with financial planning insights and recommendations.

Financial Performance & Business Analysis

  • Investigate material financial variances and challenge management explanations where appropriate.
  • Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Quantify the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.

  • Analyse audit findings, audit adjustments and recurring control weaknesses.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and remediation plans.
  • Escalate material financial reporting, control, audit and accounting risks.
  • Support strong financial governance and accountability across the Group.

  • Ensure payment release activities are excluded from the Controller's subsequent independent review or are reviewed by another suitably independent authorised person.
  • Act as an alternate authorised payment releaser when required for business continuity or operational support, subject to formal approval under the Delegation of Authority and banking mandate.
  • Release payments only where the Controller has not prepared the payment, approved the underlying transaction, created or amended the beneficiary, performed the first-line review or undertaken another incompatible activity.
  • Maintain independence, accountability and compliance with established financial control requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
