Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and needs. Analyze research findings and translate insights into design recommendations.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  3. UI Design: Collaborate with the UI design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Ensure consistency and coherence in design elements across different platforms.
  4. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions. Analyze testing results and make design adjustments to enhance user experience.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers. Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design. Take part in training opportunities and seek mentorship to enhance skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a passion for user-centered design.
