We are looking for a high-performing IT Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the urgency of technology recruitment, and enjoys working on challenging, high-value technical positions.

This is not a role for someone who simply posts adverts and waits for applications.

We are looking for someone who actively headhunts, builds talent pipelines, develops strong client relationships and delivers exceptional candidates at speed.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years' IT recruitment experience within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the South African IT recruitment market.
  • Experience working with both permanent and contract placements.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Professional presentation.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
