Boards & More ist ein international tätiges Sportartikelunternehmen und gehört zu den Weltmarktführern in Trendsportarten wie Kitesurfen, Windsurfen, Foilwing, Stand-Up-Paddleboarding und (Mountain)biking. Wir leben das Gefühl, das unsere Marken vermitteln, und identifizieren uns stark mit der Welt des Actionsports und den sie umgebenden Elementen. Für unsere Bike Division (SQlab) suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt einen neue/n Außendienstmitarbeitende/n im Gebiet Nord-Ost.

Deine Aufgaben

Kundenbetreuung & Akquise • Betreuung bestehender Händler und Verbände im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet • Gewinnung neuer Kunden & Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen • Ansprechpartner für Händler bei Sortiments- und Verkaufs Fragen • Projektmanagement bei betreuungsintensiven Händlern

Produktpräsentation & Beratung • Vorstellung neuer Produkte vor Ort beim Kunden • Durchführung von Produkt– und Programmschulungen (z.B. B2B Bestellprozesse) • Beratung zu Sortimentsgestaltung, Warenpräsentation und Verkaufsförderung vor Ort (Pflege und Ausbau von POS-Materialien) • Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Markenpräsentation als Premium Marke sowie Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit und Kundenbindung im Markt.

Vertriebs- & Verkaufsaktivitäten • Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie und Erreichung der Umsatzziele im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet • Angebotserstellung und Unterstützung bei Preisverhandlungen • Teilnahme an Messen, Kunden-Events und Händlermeetings • Planung & Durchführung regionaler Verkaufsaktionen • Monitoren der aktuellen Umsätze und Zielvorgaben

Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalyse • Beobachtung von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und Preisentwicklungen • Identifikation von Potenzialkunden und neuen Absatzchancen • Weitergabe von Markt- und Kundenfeedback an Vertrieb & Marketing

Administrative Aufgaben • Erstellung von Tourenplänen und Terminorganisation, sowie Nachbereitung von Kundenbesuchen in Absprache mit dem Innendienst Wochenaufteilung 4 Tage Außendienst, 1 Tag Office • Reporting an Vertriebsleitung (z. B. Forecasts, Potenzialanalysen) • Teilnahme an internen Meetings und Schulungen • Budgetverwaltung (z. B. für Muster, Promotion oder Reisekosten)

Dein Profil

Du bist ein Vertriebsprofi und hast Lust, SQlab und ION in der Bike Division weiter nach vorne zu bringen ? Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft zeichnet dich aus und du arbeitest gerne bei und mit Menschen. Deine Sales Skills überzeugen deine Kunden und du bist Abschlusssicher ? Dann komm zu uns ins Team als Außendienstmitarbeiter.

Wünschenswert

Du arbeitest bereits seit mehr als 2 Jahren in der Bike und/oder- Sportbranche. Bereits vorhandenes Händlernetzwerk und gute Kontakte in die Branche. Wohnort im Bereich Nord-Ost Deutschland von Vorteil.
