Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Moss Point, MS. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their vehicle service needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle needs and service requests.
  • Provide clear and accurate service estimates, explaining necessary repairs and maintenance to customers.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and vehicle condition.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service updates, approvals, and completion.
  • Work closely with parts and service departments to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Promote additional services and routine maintenance to enhance customer vehicle performance and safety.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive service advising or customer service roles in a dealership setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to understand and explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage service schedules and documentation.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
