Job Summary:

We are seeking ambitious, goal-oriented Sales Consultants to join our stable and growing team. Core Responsibilities:

  • Transparent Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, build authentic rapport, and conduct thorough needs assessments with total honesty.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the entire Chevrolet lineup (Trax, Trailblazer, Traverse, Tahoe, Suburban, Corvette, and Silverado) to help match customers with the perfect vehicle for their budget.
  • Demonstration & Test Drives: Conduct professional vehicle walkthroughs and accompany customers on test drives to highlight safety, utility, and performance.
  • Ethical Negotiation: Work transparently with customers and sales managers to present pricing, trade-in valuations, and financing options clearly without hidden surprises.
  • Relationship Management: Follow up with prospects and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with previous buyers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • CRM Utilization: Diligently log all customer interactions, appointments, and daily activities in the dealership’s CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High integrity with a firm commitment to trust and transparency.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate).
  • A highly competitive nature with a strong, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive, resilient attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
