We are hiring a highly driven Commercial Sales Representative looking to expand and grow our Commercial Department. For this position we are looking to hire an aggressive closer who thrives on cold calling and relationship building in and around the Baltimore Market. We are looking for seasoned, bilingual, and entry level candidates who are eager for an opportunity to work for a fast-growing, family-owned dealership. If you’re looking for a career and not just a job this is the store for you "Bob Bell Nissan and KIA". Do you have previous Sales or Customer Service experience? How about a self-starter mentality? We offer salary, commission, unit bonuses, and car allowance. We provide training, have a BDC department to assist with sales and service opportunities and encourage you, once certified, to cross sell for Nissan and KIA.

Job Overview

  • Role: Commercial Sales Representative
  • Location: Baltimore
  • Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission structure

What You Will Do

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify new commercial business opportunities.
  • Pitching: Deliver high-impact presentations to clients and executives.
  • Closing: Work with a seasoned Commercial Manager and learn to negotiate contracts and built a book of business.
  • Retention: Manage major accounts to ensure long-term client loyalty.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be a vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales success.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and pipeline management.
  • Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly goal oriented.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM software like Elead.
