Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Brandon, MS. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Your expertise and communication skills will help drive customer satisfaction and support the overall success of our service department.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and warmly when they arrive for service appointments.
  • Assess customers’ vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates and service timelines to customers.
  • Manage service orders and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service status and recommendations for future maintenance.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda vehicles, service procedures, and warranty policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
