What you will do:

Persiapan Makanan dan Minuman

  • Membantu menyiapkan dan menyajikan berbagai jenis minuman, baik berbasis kopi maupun non kopi, sesuai resep dan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan
  • Menyiapkan dan memasak makanan sederhana, termasuk frozen food, menggunakan peralatan dapur yang tersedia sesuai prosedur operasional
  • Mempelajari standar penyajian makanan dan minuman untuk memastikan kualitas dan konsistensi produk
  • Belajar memeriksa kesegaran produk, tanggal kadaluwarsa, serta cara penyimpanan bahan makan dan minuman yang benar
  • Mempraktikkan cara menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian area dapur serta area pembuatan minuman
  • Menerapkan prosedur keamanan pangan, kebersihan, dan sanitasi selama kegiatan operasional

Kasir dan Pelayanan Pelanggan

  • Mempalajari penggunaan sistem kasir (POS) untuk menerima pesanan dan memproses transaksi pelanggan
  • Berlatih menangani pembayaran tunai maupun non tunai sesuai prosedur yang berlaku
  • Membantu memastikan pesanan pelanggan tercatat dengan benar dan disampaikan kepada tim terkait
  • Belajar memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan profesional serta merespons pertanyaan pelanggan yang baik
  • Berlatih menawarkan menu makanan dan minuman sesuai kebutuhan pelanggan

Pengelolaan Stok dan Operasional F&B

  • Membantu memantau ketersediaan stok makanan, minuman, bahan baku, dan perlengkapan operasional
  • Mempelajari cara penyimpanan dan pengelolaan stok yang benar untuk menjaga kualitas produk
  • Membantu melakukan pengisian ulang stok serta meminimalkan pemborosan bahan baku
  • Belajar mengikuti alur operasional F&B dan berkoordinasi dengan tim untuk mendukung kelancaran pelayanan

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Siswa/i untuk lulusan SMA/SMK, diutamakan dari jurusan Tata Boga/Kuliner, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki minat untuk belajar di bidang Food & Beverage, khususnya pembuatan minuman, pengolahan makanan sederhana, dan pelayanan kasir
  • Memiliki pengalaman atau pengetahuan dasar dalam mengoperasikan mesin kopi (coffee mechine) menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan sikap ramah dalam melayani pelanggan
  • Memiliki kepedulian terhadap kebersihan, kerapian, dan keamanan pangan
  • Disiplin, proaktif, memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi, dan terbuka terhadap arahan dan masukan
  • Mampu bekerjasama dalam tim dan dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis
