What you will do:

As part of our Front of House team, you will help create a seamless, warm, and memorable experience for every guest, from the moment they arrive until they leave.

  • Captain: Lead floor operations, guide the service team, and ensure service standards are consistently met, especially during peak hours.
  • Barista: Craft quality beverages with care and consistency, maintain bar equipment and hygiene, and welcome guests with warmth.
  • Host/Hostess: Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate table flow with the service team.
  • Cashier: Handle payments accurately and transparently, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure every guest leaves with a positive final impression.
  • Waiter/Waitress: Serve guests attentively, present the menu with confidence, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Service Runner: Deliver food and beverages promptly, support the service team, and keep service flowing between kitchen, bar, and floor.
  • Housekeeping: Keep dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces clean, tidy, and well-presented in line with hygiene standards.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Minimum high school; a diploma in hospitality/tourism management is preferred.
  • Experience in a guest-facing role within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment is preferred (Captain: minimum 2-3 years, including supervisory experience). Fresh graduates with a strong attitude are welcome to apply for entry-level roles.
  • Naturally hospitable, courteous, and attentive to guest needs.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with the Bobobox FnB business's luxury brand standards.
  • Proactive, reliable, and positive attitude.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Willing to work on-site at Puncak, Bogor.
