Service Appointment Coordinator

We’re growing our Client Care Center and looking for a sharp, personable communicator who thrives on keeping things moving — someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and takes pride in delivering a great experience before a customer even steps through our doors.

Compensation

Base pay

$18–$20 / hr

Bonus potential

Up to $950 / mo

Schedule

Includes weekends

What you’ll do

  • Handle inbound service reservation calls and confirm upcoming appointments with a friendly, professional touch
  • Make outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, special order parts, and “we owe” scheduling
  • Respond promptly to internet leads and email inquiries — same-day responses are a must
  • Manage and maintain CRM communication cycles to keep customer relationships warm and well-timed
  • Stay current on service offerings and pricing so you can guide customers to the right solutions with confidence
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including online tools

Who you are

  • A confident communicator — your warmth comes through even over the phone
  • Organized and self-driven — you juggle priorities without dropping the ball
  • Coachable and growth-minded — you welcome feedback and take it somewhere
  • Comfortable handling objections calmly and turning hesitations into appointments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong time management skills

  • Appointment show rate of 88% or greater
  • Appointment volume within 10% of team average
  • Call quality (CALLRATER) score of 85+ within 30 days, rising to 90+ by day 90
