The posting

Boe-Therm udvikler og producerer temperaturkontrolenheder (TCU'er) til industrien. Vi har bygget dem i Assens siden 1961 og har leveret mere end 80.000 enheder til kunder i Danmark, DACH-landene og resten af verden. Hver enhed konfigureres til den enkelte kundes proces.

Vi søger en økonomiansvarlig med controllererfaring, som vil stå for hele vores økonomi, fra bogføring til rapportering, og som har lyst til at have flere kasketter på.

Dine opgaver

  • Hele økonomien: bogføring, kreditorer og debitorer, bankafstemning, moms, løn og månedsafslutning.
  • Rapportering: månedsrapport og KPI'er til ledelse og bestyrelse samt budget og opfølgning.
  • Revisor og bank: du er den faste kontakt og står for årsregnskabet sammen med revisor.
  • Systemer: du ejer økonomiprocesserne i Monitor ERP og automatiserer manuelle opgaver.
  • Drift: reservedelsordrer, kundekorrespondance og forsendelser.
  • Projekter: økonomisk input til investeringer og udviklingsprojekter.

Det er en fordel, hvis du

  • har arbejdet med Monitor ERP
  • har automatiseret rapportering eller arbejdsgange
  • kender arbejdet i en produktionsvirksomhed

Vi forventer, at du

  • har erfaring som controller eller i en lignende rolle, fx fra en større virksomhed, og er klar til at få hele ansvaret selv
  • arbejder sikkert med bogføring, afstemninger, moms og månedsafslutning
  • har en økonomisk uddannelse, fx cand.merc., HD eller tilsvarende
  • har flair for IT og systemer og er nysgerrig på AI
  • trives med mange forskellige opgaver og selv tager fat
  • taler og skriver dansk på højt niveau og er flydende på engelsk
