Position Responsibilities:

  • Supporting end-to-end Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) efforts for the Sapphire program, implementing test strategy, planning, execution, and closure across lab, ground, and flight environments.
  • Support the Test Lead with maintaining the program-level test & verification master plan, detailed test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria; ensure traceability to system requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-discipline integration and test activities with cross functional IT bedrocks (ERP, MES, PDM) and I&I and subcontractor teams.
  • Execute testing for complex system-level integration events, anomaly resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions; drive test defect lifecycle to closure.
  • Establish and implement test automation, repeatability, and regression frameworks to facilitate continuous integration and continuous verification.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace standards and certification artifacts (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, MIL‑STD, program-specific compliance requirements), and support certification authorities and program audits.
  • Produce and present test status, risk assessments, metrics, findings, and recommendations to program leadership and stakeholders; maintain schedule and resource forecasts.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
