  • Maintain awareness of the reception, lobby, and adjacent areas and follow established workplace access, safety, and security procedures.
  • Monitor office access by verifying identification and coordinating with building security regarding visitors, vendors, deliveries, and other access-related matters as required.
  • Recognize and appropriately escalate safety or security concerns, suspicious behavior, disturbances, emergencies, or other unusual activity in accordance with established protocols.
  • Document and communicate relevant incidents, access issues, and security-related observations accurately and in a timely manner, including escalation to the Global Security Operations Center when appropriate.
  • Provide general office assistance and support executive visits, meetings, special projects, and other activities to ensure a seamless and elevated workplace experience.

Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
